Temenos!!
The Temenos - Chennai Marathon is bach wit a bang!!! *Schwarzenegger Ishtyle!!* Better than before, the sponsors and organisers claim. So far, there has bin nothing tat contradicts that claim!! Well, my mom’s bin going on and on about it coz it’s her club (Rotary District 3230) that’s organising it. Lucky her! She’s in the middle of the whole hullabaloo!!
The concept of a “Marathon” came into existence to commemorate the spirit and gallantry of the Greek soldier Pheidippides when he ran all the way from battle at Marathon, Greece to Athens in 490 B.C. History leads us to believe that he delivered the message “Niki!” meaning “victory” and then foundered and died.
This year’s marathon promises to be a blast!! Too bad I’ve got my own marathon against time. Read Board exams in a month and half! :)

Ah! sad u can't be a part of the marathon... neways good luck with ur board exams (They are always a farce)... u in cbse or state board?
temenos is organising marathon? interesting.. my dad works there u see..
