GMail Gyaan
Just realized that GMail doesn't give a damn about the dots in a gmail id. An e-mail sent to suraksha.r@gmail.com or su.raksh.a.r@gmail.com or surakshar@gmail.com or s.u.r.a.k.s.h.a.r@gmail.com all comes to me. Hee!

To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never to forget. Arundhati Roy (The End of Imagination)

Interesting finding.But this didnt happen in my case.
@Sheks:
It happens in every case. If you feel strong about it, then try registering a gmail account with the dot placed at random in ur existing email id...
@Suraksha:
Whats with the APP? Isn't sagaro cool enuf :p
@sheks:
like APP says, it happens every time! :D
@APP:
APP n all new fancy - am gonna call you that wonly for awhile! :D
@S:
Am sorry. If you wanna call me APP, you have to earn the right... :P How much I love Annapolis...
PS: Learn from the second years...
Came here from god knows where. Have a faint idea that I know you, kiddo. Well sorta at least.
hey this is for ppl like me who has to check the msngr 3 to 4 times to send a mail...nice one...
never ever did i guess that you would fall for GAPP's bakra :D
@Kausik:
Hehe... but one small problem, it is not a bakra :P
@sagaro:

@anantha:

@kar:

@kausik:

APP & S,
It did happen.Sorry!I take back my words.
The same thing happened to me..
my gmail is varunkrishnan and some one sent a mail to varun.krishnan and i got it..
google is intelligent and does want to create confusion among users
@tu:
oh, he's been trying a long while! but gave up in the middle! :P but now, i think i will shift to wp - if only for p/w protected posts! :)
@sheks:
soofer!
@varun:
=)) google just rocks! end of story :D
@S:
Don't u get the point. It actually sucks. What a wastage of the dot operator... They could have used it better. Google should work around this. I means if a person gets a gmail id ganesh, he blocks a permutation combination of no less than 720 email ids... which in my opinion is pretty dumb...
Regarding wp, how about spam control?
@gapp:
forgive the lack of thought.
and wp - i don't really have a spam problem here at blogger! :)
hey u haven't written anything about the wikicamp, after all the notes that you took at the press conference
you dont have span trouble because of the word verification but it makes commenting tedious ... think think !!!
@tu:
yes, yes will write in a couple of days. :) have got some awful pending work. :|
